TRUCK-MOUNTED DRILLING RIG

Overview

Designed and manufactured in accordance with standards such as API Spec Q1, 4F, 7K, 8C and RP500 etc.

Power system, transmission system, control system, traveling system, drawworks system and mast are all mounted on the self-propelled carrier, which can saves space and makes it fast to move.

Self-propelled carrier. The chassis and the drilling equipment are driven by diesel engine mounted on it. It has reasonable load distribution, excellent driving and off-road ability.

Caterpillar engine and Allison transmission. The hydraulic transmission driven by one or two diesel engines can provides high efficiency and reliable transmission.

Single or double-drum drawworks. The main brake of the drawworks is either band brake or hydraulic disc brake. The auxiliary brake is either water cooled brake or hydromatic brake.

Front-open, two-section type telescoping mast can be erected or lowered and telescoped hydraulically.

Folded type or parallelogram structure, which is convenient to be lifted and carried.

Developed and reliable chain transmission between rotary table and drawworks make it easy to maintain. The rotary table drive box can realize forward and reverse gears to adapt various drilling operations.
